In April 2025, Plovdiv welcomed its newest Diagnostic and Consultative Center – DCC Rusev. With this opening, the city gained a top-tier medical facility, with unwavering expertise and care for its patients, proven through Rusev Laboratories’ long-standing experience. The team at Media Design played a key role in crafting the center’s comprehensive visual identity – one that reflects the professionalism of its medical staff.
Embossed Letters: Diverse in Color, United in Message
To shape the visual communication of DCC Rusev, we produced three key signs featuring acrylic embossed letters. The blue “Rusev Physiotherapy” sign, made from light “sandwich” type letters, became a visual focal point of the corridors. That is especially evident by its pairing with an abstract human figure composed of arched, embossed elements that bring movement to the design. Next, a transparent “Clinical Laboratory” sign complements the center’s clean and modern concept. Finally, we created a sleek black acrylic sign for the cafeteria that reads “But first, coffee”, thereby adding a playful and inviting tone to the space. These three signs form the foundation of an original and effective branding approach that connects the center to its visitors through clear, memorable visuals.
Signage for Subtle Yet Impactful Wayfinding
To assist with navigation throughout the facility, we installed minimalist door signs made from transparent and black plexiglass. Lightweight and stylish, these signs perfectly reflect the aesthetic of the center’s interior. In addition, we produced double-sided console restroom signs in black and white plexiglass. Visible from a distance thanks to their mounting that’s perpendicular to the wall, they provide clear orientation without interrupting the visual harmony of the hallways. This aspect of the branding solution successfully blends form and function in one cohesive design.
Branded Window Films – A Finishing Touch
To give the center a polished and instantly recognizable identity, we applied high-quality 3M wrapping film to various glass surfaces. Featuring the facility’s signature blue and white color palette, the film reinforces the brand’s visual presence by displaying its logo across doors and windows. The result is a seamless integration of branding into the architectural design – subtle yet effective.
The DCC Rusev project was delivered with our signature precision and professionalism, just in time for the center’s grand opening. If you’re looking to elevate your business or facility with custom branding solutions – contact Media Design today and let us bring your visual identity to life!
