Introducing the newest technological enhancement to Media Design advertising agency’s production arsenal – the suprwide HP Latex 1500 Printer designed specifically for latex printing using eco-friendly latex inks. With an expansive roll width of up to 3.2 meters, it offers versatile applications across various media types. The printer, equipped with six-color solvent inks, ensures the impeccable quality of high-resolution graphics, reaching up to 1200 dpi. Its capabilities extend to printing on PVC banners, self-adhesive vinyls, films, papers, wallcoverings, canvas, mesh, and porous textiles.
Eco-friendly and safe latex printing
HP Latex inks have UL ECOLOGO® and UL GREENGUARD GOLD certificates, which demonstrates that they meet a set of stringent human health criterias and standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage.
Water-based HP Latex Ink offers an eco-friendly alternative to eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable, and UV-gel inks, emphasizing a design focused on sustainable impact in signage, decoration, and textile printing segments. The use of water-based inks eliminates exposure to high solvent concentrations and simplifies ventilation, storage, and transportation requirements. It provides numerous advantages for both the working environment and the printing process, as well as for the end customer. The latex inks are non-flammable, odorless, nickel and heavy metal-free, with no solvents and hazardous air emissions. One Warranty – the result of collaboration between two global companies
Media Design is a 3M authorized manufacturer of promotional graphics. This enables us to create illuminated and non-illuminated advertisements, car wrapping, wall and furniture designs, window and showcase printed graphics that are covered by the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty – the gold standard for finished graphics. HP881 latex inks have received approval from 3M, and graphics printed using these inks are eligible for coverage under the 3M™ MCS™ Warranty.
Certainly, to ensure the validity of this warranty, several other conditions must be fulfilled, including the use of 3M materials in accordance with their intended purpose, combining them with 3M overlaminate marked as compatible, creation and installation by a 3M certified company and applicators, and printing with inks classified by 3M as suitable for optimal results.
